دراسة الملحقية الثقافية العراقية في لندن حول نظام التعليم ومستويات الشهادات البريطانية

لغرض تكوين صورة واضحة عن النظام التعليمي البريطاني ومراحله (من رياض الأطفال إلى الدكتوراه) ومستوى الشهادات البريطانية بشكل عام وذلك لتسهيل وتسريع عملية معادلة وتقييم الشهادات البريطانية في العراق وللمراحل المختلفة تم إعداد هذه الدراسة.

يتألف النظام التعليمي في بريطانيا من المراحل الآتية:

1-   مرحلة رياض الأطفال Nursery: للأعمار (3-4)

2-    المرحلة الابتدائية Primary Education: للأعمار (4-11).

3-  المرحلة الثانوية Secondary Education: للأعمار (11-18)

4-  مرحلة التعليم المتقدمة Tertiary Education: للأعمار 18 فما فوق، حيث يتمكن الطالب من مواصلة دراسته للحصول على:

–       الدبلوم  Higher Education.

–       البكالوريوس Undergraduate – Bachelor’s degree (3 سنوات).

–       الماجستير Postgraduate – Masters (either tough or by research) (بطريقة الكورسات أو البحث).

–       الدكتوراه Postgraduate –  Doctorate (لمدة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات).

من الجدير الإشارة إلى أن التعليم الإلزامي في بريطانيا يشمل الأعمار (5-16) حيث يتمكن الطالب بعدها من استكمال دراسته لمدة سنتين للحصول على واحدة من الشهادات:

• A-Level
• Business and Technology
• Education Council (BTEC)
• International Baccalaureate (IB)
• Cambridge Pre-Uuniversity 

 

مستويات الشهادات البريطانية

 

تعتبر الشهادات الآتية ضمن المستوى التمهيدي Entry Level:

• Entry level certificates
• English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL)
• Skills for Life
• Functional Skills at entry level (English, maths and ICT)

 

 

تعتبر الشهادات الآتية ضمن المستوى الأول Level 1

• GCSE grades D-G
• BTEC Introductory Diplomas and Certificates
• OCR Nationals Level1
• Skills for Life (certain subjects fall under this level)
• Intermediate 1 (Scotland)
• SVQ Level 1 (Scotland)

 

تعتبر الشهادات الآتية ضمن المستوى الثاني Level 2:

• GCSE grades A*-C
• BTEC Awards and Certificates
• Functional Skills at Level 2
• OCR Nationals Level 2
• Key Skills level 2
• Skills for Life (certain subjects fall under this level)
• National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) at level 2
• Vocational Qualification Level 2
• Intermediate 2 (Scotland)
• SVQ Level 2 (Scotland)

 

تعتبر الشهادات الآتية ضمن المستوى الثالث Level 3 أي الإعدادية البريطانية:

• A-Level
• Access course
• BRTC National Diploma/Certificate
• OCR Nationals Level 3
• Key Skills at Level 3
• National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) at Level 3
• Vocational Qualification Level 3
• Advanced Apprenticeship
• Cambridge Pre-U Diploma
• International Baccalaureate
• Foundation course
• Advanced Diploma (England)
• Baccalaureate Qualification Advanced (Wales)
• Apprenticeships Framework (Wales)
• Level 5 certificate (Ireland)
• Scottish Baccalaureate (Scotland)
• Advanced(Scotland)
• SVQ Level 3 (Scotland)

ملاحظة مهمة جدا: كل من يحمل إحدى شهادات المستوى الثالث أعلاه مؤهل للدخول إلى الجامعات البريطانية وهذا يعني أن الشهادات أعلاه معادلة لشهادة الدراسة الإعدادية العراقية وتؤهل للدخول إلى الجامعات العراقية.

 

تعتبر الشهادات الآتية ضمن المستوى الرابع Level 4 (تعادل سنة واحدة بعد الإعدادية البريطانية):

• Higher National Certificate (HNC) equivalent to first year of degree
• Certificate of Higher Education (CertHE)
• BTEC Professional Diplomas, Certificates and Awards
• Vocational Qualification Level 4
• NVQ Level(Wales)
• Essential Skills Wales (ESW) (Wales)
• Wider Key Skilees (WKS) (Wales)
• Higher Apprenticeship Framework (Wales)
• Advanced Certificate (Ireland)
• Higher Certificate (Ireland)
• SVQ Level 3 (Scotland)

 

تعتبر الشهادات الآتية ضمن المستوى الخامس  Level  5 (Intermediate) (تعادل سنتان بعد الإعدادية البريطانية):

• Higher National Diplomaequivalent to second year of degree
• Foundation Degrees (First two years of Bachelor’s degree)
• Diplomas of Higher Education (DipHE)
• Diplomas of Further Education (DipFE)
• Vocational Qualification Level 5
• National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) at Level 4
• BTEC Professional Diplomas, Certificates and Awards
• SQV Level(Scotland)

 

تعتبر الشهادات الآتية ضمن المستوى السادس Level 6 (Honours level) البكالوريوس، ثلاث سنوات بعد الإعدادية البريطانية:

• Graduate certificates and Diplomas
• Professional Graduate Certificate in Education
• National Diploma in Professional Production Skills
• BTEC Advanced Professional Diplomas, Certificates and Awards

• Diploma in Translation BTEC Advanced Professional Diplomas, Certificates and Awards
• National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) at Level 5

تعتبر الشهادات الآتية ضمن المستوى الثامن Level 8 (Doctoral level) الدكتوراه:

• Doctoratal degrees
• Level 8 Vocational Qualifications, that includes all Chartered qualifications such as (Chartered Accountant, Chartered Engineer, Chartered Financial Analyst …etc)
• Higher Doctorate (Ireland)
• Professional Development Awards (Scotland)
